*These reporting options may require customization on the StepForth server no matter what package you have chosen. Certain advanced options are only available from within the server. Server customization is an additional hourly fee ranging between $90 & $200/hr.

Tutorials: We understand that all of the incredible options ClickTracks provides may be a bit boggling to our clients. As a result, we offer one-on-one tutorial services at a rate of $175/hr. During this tutorial time we can answer any questions you may have about the software or focus on providing you with a streamlined set of reports you can review on a monthly basis in order to get the best picture of your site's success.

ClickTracks Advanced Feature Configuration: These reporting options require configuration on StepForth's ClickTracks server. Configuration are performed at an hourly rate $90+ per hour if additional time is needed (over and above any included configuration time). Minimum cost $45 (30 min).

Support for High Traffic Sites: this is determined by the number of page views your site receives. High Traffic Sites are considered sites with more than 100,000 page views per month. If your package includes 2 or more websites their combined page views must not pass the total page view threshold or they may be subject to additional fees or a service upgrade (to a higher level package). This service is entirely customizable to your needs.
